A company is looking for a Patient Communications Representative (Part Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients regarding the repayment of their medical debt
• Achieve assigned goals related to resolutions, call quality, and productivity standards
• Perform account research and ensure compliance with client standards and federal regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or collections preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing collections, including HIPAA and FDCPA
• Proficiency with telephone systems and computer software
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and education
