Job Summary

To enhance the patient experience in a telehealth setting, the part-time Patient Concierge will greet patients, verify their identity, assist with technical issues, and ensure a seamless transition to their healthcare provider, all while working remotely from Austin, TX.

Key responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet patients before consultations, verifying identity and ensuring they are prepared for their visit
  • Engage with patients post-consultation to address questions and gather feedback for quality improvement
  • Manage a high volume of back-to-back consultations while maintaining detailed notes and providing real-time feedback to the support team
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a patient-facing, customer service, or hospitality role
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient privacy
  • Technical proficiency with video platforms and CRM tools
  • Ability to operate efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining a caring approach
