Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Connection Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily outreach to prospective patients to enroll them with the company
  • Respond to inbound calls and voicemails with proactive customer service
  • Explain medical benefits thoroughly to patients during the enrollment process

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of sales and/or customer service position, healthcare experience preferred
  • 1+ year of call center experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Understanding of electronic medical records software, Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Collaborative Care experience a plus
