Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Connection Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily outreach to prospective patients to enroll them with the company
Respond to inbound calls and voicemails with proactive customer service
Explain medical benefits thoroughly to patients during the enrollment process

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of sales and/or customer service position, healthcare experience preferred
1+ year of call center experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Understanding of electronic medical records software, Salesforce or Zendesk
Collaborative Care experience a plus
