Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Contact Center Representative to serve as a frontline point of contact for patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing information and support to patients regarding their medication regimens
  • Accurately document interactions and route calls to appropriate pharmacy staff based on patient needs
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and participate in ongoing training to stay updated on pharmacy policies
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
  • At least 1 year of experience in a contact center or customer service role is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Teams, with the ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations, including HIPAA guidelines
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
