Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Contact Center Representative to serve as a frontline point of contact for patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing information and support to patients regarding their medication regimens
- Accurately document interactions and route calls to appropriate pharmacy staff based on patient needs
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and participate in ongoing training to stay updated on pharmacy policies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
- At least 1 year of experience in a contact center or customer service role is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Teams, with the ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations, including HIPAA guidelines
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
