Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Contact Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while providing professional and empathetic service
- Document interactions accurately in pharmacy software and route calls to appropriate pharmacy staff
- Assist patients with inquiries related to medication delivery, insurance, and appointment scheduling
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a contact center or customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
