Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Contact Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while providing professional and empathetic service
  • Document interactions accurately in pharmacy software and route calls to appropriate pharmacy staff
  • Assist patients with inquiries related to medication delivery, insurance, and appointment scheduling
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a contact center or customer service role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Teams
