Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Contact Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while providing accurate information and support to patients
- Document all interactions in pharmacy software and route calls to appropriate pharmacy staff as needed
- Assist patients with inquiries related to pharmacy services, medication delivery, and insurance issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of experience in a contact center, patient-facing provider office, or customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Teams
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations, including HIPAA guidelines
- Bilingual/English+Spanish fluency is a plus
