Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Contact Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while providing accurate information and support to patients
  • Document all interactions in pharmacy software and route calls to appropriate pharmacy staff as needed
  • Assist patients with inquiries related to pharmacy services, medication delivery, and insurance issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of experience in a contact center, patient-facing provider office, or customer service role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Teams
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations, including HIPAA guidelines
  • Bilingual/English+Spanish fluency is a plus
