Job Summary

To support a growing pharmacy service, the full-time Patient Contact Center Representative will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assist patients with medication-related inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up communication while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Handles inbound and outbound calls professionally, following scripts and protocols to assess patient needs and coordinate care
  • Documents all interactions accurately in pharmacy software and routes calls to appropriate pharmacy staff for clinical issues
  • Educates patients on pharmacy services, medication delivery, and resolves issues related to insurance and prescriptions
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of experience in a contact center, patient-facing provider office, or customer service role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Teams, with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to compliance in a healthcare setting
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
