Job Summary

Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, the full-time Patient Contact Center Representative will assist patients with medication regimens and pharmacy services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, assessing patient needs and coordinating next steps
  • Provide information on pharmacy services, including medication delivery and refill scheduling
  • Document interactions accurately in pharmacy and CRM systems while adhering to quality assurance standards
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a contact center, patient-facing provider office, or customer service role
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of calls while meeting performance targets
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
