Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare practice, the part-time Patient Contact Center Representative will manage patient scheduling through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a high standard of customer service and operational support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Schedules appointments for multiple clinics and manages inbound and outbound calls to assist patients effectively
- Maintains compliance with federal and state laws while verifying patient data and insurance information
- Documents required information in the electronic medical record (EMR) and addresses patient concerns as needed
Required qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred
- Previous customer service experience
- Call center experience preferred
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Email, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
