Patient Contact Specialist

Job Summary

Providing high-quality service to facilitate timely resolution of client accounts, the full-time Patient Contact Specialist will work remotely to update patient accounts, monitor requests, and assist in resolving access issues.

Key responsibilities

• Updates patient accounts with information received from hospitals and follows up with Contact Specialists
• Accesses client connections/computer systems to obtain necessary information for account updates
• Monitors requests to ensure they do not age beyond designated timelines

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrated ability to provide high levels of customer service to both external and internal clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction
• Knowledge of or ability to learn client and Operations processes
