Patient Contact Specialist

Job Summary

Providing high-quality service to facilitate timely resolutions of client accounts, the full-time Patient Contact Specialist will update patient information, monitor requests, and assist with special projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Updates patient accounts with information received from hospitals and follows up with the Contact Specialist
• Accesses client systems to obtain necessary information for account updates
• Monitors requests to ensure they are addressed promptly and performs special projects as assigned

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and internal departments
• Demonstrated skill in providing high levels of customer service
• Proficiency in Excel and Word, with the ability to learn hospital databases
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
