Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Coordinator (Remote/Non-Clinical).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answers incoming calls using approved scripting for emergency and non-emergency situations
  • Identifies and forwards calls to nurses through a phone screening process
  • Documents non-medical information and communicates concerns to management


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience required; inbound call center experience preferred
  • 1+ years of healthcare experience desired
  • Intermediate to proficient computer skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and accurately document information
