Patient Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Coordinator (CONTRACT).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound pre-screening calls with potential candidates to gather relevant medical history and information
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with potential participants about clinical trial details, eligibility criteria, and associated risks or benefits
• Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and trial-specific requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment within the healthcare or clinical research industry
• Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of clinical trial processes
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and adapting to new software applications as needed
• Strong organizational skills
