Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time hourly Patient Coordinator will manage patient interactions, qualify and enroll patients in programs, and coordinate their progression while working remotely from the Nashville, Tennessee area.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients, explaining services and building trust
- Assess patient eligibility and support the enrollment process while managing follow-up schedules
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate with pharmacy partners and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare, patient coordination, customer care, or a related field
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
- Proficient with computers and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
