Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time hourly Patient Coordinator will manage patient interactions, qualify and enroll patients in programs, and coordinate their progression while working remotely from the Nashville, Tennessee area.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients, explaining services and building trust
  • Assess patient eligibility and support the enrollment process while managing follow-up schedules
  • Maintain accurate records and coordinate with pharmacy partners and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare, patient coordination, customer care, or a related field
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred
  • Proficient with computers and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
