Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Coordinator Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clinical objectives set by operations, quality, and training
  • Participate in Patient Coordinator duties, Lead Patient Coordinator tasks, quality monitoring, and training functions
  • Ensure adequate staffing coverage, maintain productivity metrics, and address disciplinary actions when needed

Required Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree or higher preferred
  • Two years of call center or equivalent experience meeting quality and productivity standards preferred
  • Two years of previous management experience in a demanding environment preferred
  • Strong conflict resolution skills required
  • Ability to teach and motivate staff
