- Transcribe referrals from various intake mechanisms and document related activities in patient account records
- Collaborate with revenue cycle, referral management, and patient service teams to resolve inquiries while adhering to HIPAA and organizational policies
Required Qualifications

- 3 years of related experience

- Ability to perform tasks involving intermittent sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
