Patient Correspondence Representative

Job Summary

To ensure timely and accurate communication, the part-time hourly Patient Correspondence Representative will independently review, process, and respond to patient correspondence while collaborating with various teams in a fully remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process patient correspondence from multiple intake channels
• Transcribe referrals and document correspondence within patient account records
• Collaborate with revenue cycle and patient service teams to resolve inquiries while adhering to HIPAA and organizational policies

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three years of related experience
• Basic computer skills
• No specific licenses or certifications required
