Patient Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely full-time, the Patient Customer Service Representative will manage over 80 inbound calls daily from patients and healthcare providers, initiate payment plans, and utilize various resources to resolve inquiries while maintaining performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, or private insurance carriers
• Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
• Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries effectively

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year or more customer service experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications
• Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency
