Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs and resources for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
• Plan and execute national and regional patient and physician conferences, ensuring high-quality participant experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging educational content and evaluate program effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Education, Event Management, Communications, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience managing educational or event programs in a nonprofit, healthcare, or rare disease organization
• Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale conferences or virtual education programs
• Proficiency in event and digital engagement platforms
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
