Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Education Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a pipeline of candidates through outbound calls to educate and nurture patients interested in pain management therapy options
• Update CRM systems with candidate information and articulate product details to patients over the phone
• Maintain communication with local sales team, stay informed on market updates, and identify sales opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good organizational skills and multitasking abilities
• Quick to learn new skills and knowledge
• Experience using CRMs, Salesforce is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
