Job Summary

To support patient understanding and engagement, the full-time remote Patient Education Specialist will develop, organize, and maintain educational content across various platforms, ensuring materials are accurate, accessible, and engaging for diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manages patient education content projects, ensuring compliance and effective use of content management systems
• Creates educational materials in multiple formats, collaborating with content vendors and adhering to brand guidelines
• Evaluates and monitors the effectiveness of educational materials, implementing improvements based on feedback and analytics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Health Education, Medical Writing, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare content creation/management, including knowledge of health literacy principles
• Experience in editorial and project management
