Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Advocate to join their Patient Engagement Center team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with patients to convert inquiries into booked appointments while providing empathetic support
- Deliver accurate information regarding clinics, services, and insurance/payment options
- Collaborate with clinic staff and cross-functional teams to enhance the patient experience
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of customer support experience, with a minimum of 1 year in an inbound contact center
- 1-2 years in a sales-oriented or tele-sales role preferred
- Proficient in navigating multiple systems/apps simultaneously
- High-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace at home
