Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Center Advocate to join their contact center team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments
  • Document patient requests and pertinent information via EMR
  • Coordinate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet call production goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center or as a receptionist, preferably in healthcare
  • Experience with E360, NextGen, Waystar, Epic software, or other EMR is preferred
  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task across multiple programs
  • Must be available for a 6-week training period with no time off
