Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic outreach to families to assist with app download and enrollment
• Communicate services effectively and address any objections from parents or families
• Support outreach efforts in coordination with the Local Outreach Team and meet engagement targets

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in outreach, customer service, or call center roles
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
