Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Associate to facilitate telephonic outreach and enrollment for families of children with special health care needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic outreach to families, guiding them through the app download and enrollment process
• Communicate services effectively and address any objections from parents and families
• Collaborate with the Local Outreach Team to support outreach efforts and meet engagement targets

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable internet access required
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an outreach, customer service, or call center role
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
