Patient Engagement Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Associate to facilitate enrollment and engagement with their app-based technology for families of children with special health care needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic outreach to families and assist with the enrollment process for the app
• Communicate services effectively and address objections from parents or families
• Collaborate with the Local Outreach Team to support outreach efforts and meet engagement targets

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an outreach, customer service, or call center role
• Bilingual in Spanish required
