Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time Patient Engagement Associate will respond to scheduling inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information through various communication channels in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Interact with customers via telephone, email, chat, and SMS to address inquiries and provide product/service information
  • Analyze customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate with other departments for satisfactory resolutions
  • Record customer interactions and ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations, including HIPAA guidelines
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid and active Driver's License
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong active listening and note-taking skills
