Patient Engagement Associate

Job Summary

Supporting patient interactions in a remote capacity, the full-time Patient Engagement Associate will manage appointment scheduling, registration, and referrals while ensuring a high level of customer service to enhance the overall patient experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Anticipate and address patient needs to improve their experience and manage service recovery efforts
• Efficiently process calls, document patient requests, and schedule appointments according to established protocols
• Maintain knowledge of medical terminology and insurance requirements to assist patients effectively

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• 3+ years of medical office or customer service experience is preferred
• A degree may be considered in lieu of experience
