Patient Engagement Associate

Job Summary

Engaging with patients through various communication channels, the full-time Patient Engagement Associate will provide customer service support in a remote Ob-Gyn outpatient call center, handling appointment scheduling, registration, and patient inquiries while ensuring a patient-centric experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer phones, chats, and digital inquiries while meeting service level goals and productivity standards
• Schedule patient appointments and provide necessary visit preparation instructions and documentation
• Complete patient registration and verify insurance information to facilitate timely claim processing

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of customer service, clerical, or healthcare-related experience
• Experience with EPIC scheduling and registration preferred
• Advanced degree may be considered in lieu of experience
• Ability to comply with HIPAA and regulatory standards
