Patient Engagement Associate

Job Summary

Engaging directly with patients, the full-time Patient Engagement Associate will provide customer service support in a remote Ob-Gyn outpatient call center, handling appointment scheduling, registration, and patient inquiries while ensuring a patient-centric experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phones, chats, and digital inquiries while adhering to service level goals and productivity standards
• Schedule patient appointments accurately and provide necessary visit preparation instructions
• Complete patient registration and validate insurance information for timely claim processing

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1+ years of customer service, clerical, or healthcare-related experience (Required)
• Advanced degree (Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's) may be considered in lieu of experience
• Must successfully complete EPIC scheduling training/tests
