Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Coordinator to manage patient compliance and education remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Access multiple software systems to assess patient compliance with monitoring
• Contact non-compliant patients to identify and resolve issues with their monitoring
• Document compliance activities and provide reports on compliance status to partners

Required Qualifications

• Ability to learn transmitter hardware systems from various manufacturers
• Strong patient education skills and excellent phone demeanor
• Self-starter capable of working independently from home
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to compliance
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite
