Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Coordinator to support patient compliance and education in remote monitoring programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Access multiple software systems to assess patient compliance with monitoring
  • Contact non-compliant patients to identify and resolve issues related to their monitoring
  • Document compliance activities and provide reports to partners regarding compliance status
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to learn transmitter hardware systems from various medical device manufacturers
  • Strong patient education skills and excellent phone demeanor
  • Self-starter capable of working independently in a remote environment
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to compliance
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite
