Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Coordinator to support patient compliance and education in remote monitoring programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Access multiple software systems to assess patient compliance with monitoring
- Contact non-compliant patients to identify and resolve issues related to their monitoring
- Document compliance activities and provide reports to partners regarding compliance status
Required Qualifications
- Ability to learn transmitter hardware systems from various medical device manufacturers
- Strong patient education skills and excellent phone demeanor
- Self-starter capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to compliance
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite
