Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related profession or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years relevant experience in healthcare, patient navigation, or a related field
- Fluency in English; Spanish fluency is a plus
- Familiarity with electronic medical record and scheduling systems
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite
