Patient Engagement Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Coordinator (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, texts, and virtual outreach to schedule Annual Visits and follow-up appointments with existing patients
• Maintain a daily outbound call target of 135+ calls and manage records in internal CRM systems
• Educate patients on the importance of ongoing care and provide a supportive patient experience on every call

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• 2+ years of related experience in a high-volume outbound call environment, preferably in healthcare
• Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of G-Suite (e.g., Google Docs/Sheets)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Completion of an internet speed test as part of the hiring process
