Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Patient Engagement Coordinator will manage patient compliance monitoring through various software systems, contact non-compliant patients to identify issues, and provide education to support adherence to monitoring protocols.
Key responsibilities:
- Access multiple software systems to assess patient compliance and troubleshoot issues
- Contact non-compliant patients to uncover reasons for non-compliance and work with care teams to resolve issues
- Document compliance activities and provide regular reports to partners regarding compliance status
Required qualifications:
- Ability to learn transmitter hardware systems associated with major device manufacturers
- Strong patient education and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the capability to work independently from home
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to compliance
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite
