Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Patient Engagement Coordinator will manage patient compliance monitoring through various software systems, contact non-compliant patients to identify issues, and provide education to support adherence to monitoring protocols.

Key responsibilities:
  • Access multiple software systems to assess patient compliance and troubleshoot issues
  • Contact non-compliant patients to uncover reasons for non-compliance and work with care teams to resolve issues
  • Document compliance activities and provide regular reports to partners regarding compliance status
Required qualifications:
  • Ability to learn transmitter hardware systems associated with major device manufacturers
  • Strong patient education and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the capability to work independently from home
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to compliance
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite
