Job Summary
To support the Women's Health Service Line, a Casual Remote Patient Engagement Coordinator will enhance patient communication, improve patient flow, and address patient experience issues while working daylight shifts and requiring weekend availability.
Key responsibilities
- Address daily operational barriers to promote optimal patient experience and retain patient loyalty
- Coordinate resources and development activities to meet project objectives on time and on budget
- Create and execute patient engagement plans to educate and retain patients while supporting revenue and business goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, business development, or communication
- Three to five years of experience in healthcare, marketing, or customer service preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Good computer skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently
