Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analytical support functions for the Patient Relations Manager cohort and manage patient attrition reviews
  • Drive analytics and reporting to inform strategies for improving patient retention initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to align retention initiatives with organizational goals
Required Qualifications and Education
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or similar fields
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and strategic planning
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, Powerpoint/Google Slides, Alteryx, and SQL
  • Interest or experience in healthcare and value-based care
  • Ability to manage and develop early-career professionals
