Patient Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Patient Engagement Patient Inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational execution of patient engagement initiatives on the Research Collaborative (ARC) / Patient Council (PC) platform
• Implement outreach campaigns, monitor feedback, and report issues to ensure effective delivery
• Compile and distribute monthly engagement metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in pharma-related or clinical research
• 3-5 years of experience in study or project management
• Working knowledge of ICH and GCP guidelines preferred
• Experience in developing and launching patient engagement campaigns is desirable
