Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Manager who will oversee patient engagement billing processes, analyze big data, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with early out vendors and collection agencies
- Monitor patient collections and identify data trends
- Research new technology and lead critical revenue growth projects
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience, preferably in healthcare or revenue cycle management
- Prior work with big data and technical ability in SQL
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with reporting tools and willingness to learn new processes
