Patient Engagement Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document customer inquiries, disputes, complaints or requests within various systems
• Review account records, files and documents to obtain information necessary to resolve and respond to inquiries, disputes, written complaints or requests
• Coordinate with team members to accomplish daily tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum High School diploma, or equivalent
• 6+ months experience working in an office environment preferred
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• Able to perform duties independently without direct supervision
