Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Representative-Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound support for patient acquisition and retention strategies through various communication channels
• Document and handle patient inquiries, eligibility for care coordination, and referrals while adhering to established protocols
• Maintain productivity levels and quality measures while managing multiple systems and ensuring a positive patient experience

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of customer service and/or healthcare experience required
• Telephone/call center experience required
• Working knowledge of Windows-based computer environment required
• Preferred: Two years of college education
