Patient Engagement Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Representative to support pharmacists in delivering medication management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to patients while adhering to policies and procedures
• Articulate clinical services to enhance patient engagement and participation
• Perform data entry and maintain documentation of calls

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of Customer Service experience
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift schedule, Monday - Friday
