Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Representative who will support pharmacists in delivering comprehensive medication management services in a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to qualified patients while adhering to policies and procedures
- Articulate clinical services to engage patients and encourage program participation
- Perform data entry and maintain documentation of calls and administrative duties
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift schedule from 10:30am - 7:00pm CST, Monday - Friday
