Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Representative who will support pharmacists in delivering comprehensive medication management services in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach to qualified patients while adhering to policies and procedures
  • Articulate clinical services to engage patients and encourage program participation
  • Perform data entry and maintain documentation of calls and administrative duties
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift schedule from 10:30am - 7:00pm CST, Monday - Friday
