Patient Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist, Temporary (CST, MST & PST).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and follow up on inbound requests from outreach campaigns
• Make 120 to 150 outbound calls daily to book patient appointments
• Educate patients on the importance of in-home health services and collaborate with healthcare professionals for a seamless experience

Required Qualifications

• Residence in the eastern time zone
• At least 2 years of high-volume outbound call center experience, including 1 year in healthcare
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software
• Proven ability to manage multiple communication channels
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and high-quality service
