Patient Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist, Temporary (MST & PST).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and follow up on inbound requests from outreach campaigns
• Make 120 to 150 outbound calls daily to schedule appointments with patients
• Educate patients on the importance of receiving in-home services and collaborate with healthcare professionals for a seamless experience

Required Qualifications

• Residence in the MST or PST
• At least 2 years of high-volume outbound call center experience, including 1 year in healthcare
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering high-quality, patient-centered service
• Experience with Five9 and Zendesk
