Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach to educate patients and caregivers about health services and assist with scheduling appointments
• Organize and prioritize workload to meet outreach and enrollment goals
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless transitions from outreach to ongoing support

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service/sales, with cold outreach experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare outreach, community engagement, or related fields
• Experience in healthcare, social services, or mental health services
• Basic proficiency in G-Suite and video conferencing platforms
• Strong tech proficiency and comfort using technology in daily work
