Patient Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Informs and promotes organizational programs to patients, assisting with the enrollment process
• Completes virtual outreach to patients referred from partnering providers or organizations
• Processes patient information accurately in workflow tooling and coordinates patient enrollment activities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is a plus
• Two (2) plus years of customer service, sales, or direct patient-facing experience
• Experience working with the senior population in health service settings is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fully virtual environment
• Empathy and passion for delivering a phenomenal patient experience
