Patient Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities

• Informs and promotes organizational programs to patients, assisting with enrollment and administrative tasks
• Completes virtual outreach to patients referred from partnering providers
• Processes patient information and coordinates enrollment, eligibility determination, and scheduling

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is a plus
• Two or more years of customer service, sales, or direct patient-facing experience
• Experience working with the senior population in health service settings is preferred
• Experience in a fully virtual environment is preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered
