Patient Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist III - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Promotes and educates patients about organizational programs, assisting with enrollment processes
• Completes virtual outreach to patients referred from partnering providers
• Processes patient information accurately into infrastructure and workflow tools

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is a plus
• Two (2) plus years of customer service, sales, or direct patient-facing experience
• Experience working with the senior population in health service settings is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fully virtual environment
• Empathy and passion for delivering a positive patient experience
