Job Summary

To support a growing patient engagement team, the full-time Patient Engagement Specialist I will manage inbound requests, conduct 150 to 200 outbound calls daily, and educate patients about at-home healthcare services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and follow up on inbound patient requests to ensure timely responses
  • Utilize prospecting techniques to engage patients and book appointments effectively
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient experiences and address inquiries
Required qualifications
  • At least 2 years of outbound call center experience, with a minimum of 1 year in the healthcare industry
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software
  • Experience with Zendesk and Five9 preferred
  • Ability to work in the Eastern time zone (EDT)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple communication channels
